Halfway House also provides information on Sober Living including information on what is offered. The group offers meetings once or twice a month so that individuals can get to know each other. The goal is to learn new strategies and techniques, develop new relationships, and meet new friends. Regularly attending meetings will also help participants stay current on local events, local news, and local cultural activities. Meeting regularly gives participants a sense of belonging and responsibility.
