Teen Challenge of Arizona in Phoenix AZ 85007 is an organization that is dedicated to offering faith-based alcohol and substance abuse treatment programs. Teen Challenge was founded by Dr. Ronald C. Jones. Dr. Jones is a former medical doctor and an ex-alcoholic. He began Teen Challenge in 1965 with a group of 12 addicts who were struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. He realized that there was a need for a faith-based rehab center and created Teen Challenge as a spiritual recovery program.
